When you are ready for something a little slower, pick up one of the board games or books and settle in for some downtime together.

There is plenty to keep everyone busy beyond the house, too. Your stay includes access to the amenities of Saw Creek Estates, with two lakes, a beach, a fishing pond, two indoor pools, and four outdoor pools. Spend a sunny afternoon by the water, enjoy a swim, explore the community, or simply find a spot to relax and let the day unfold.

For those who like to stay active, there are walking trails, playgrounds, indoor and outdoor basketball and tennis courts, and a fitness center to enjoy. The community also has a restaurant, giving you another option when you want to take a break from cooking and enjoy a meal out.

When the seasons change, there is always another way to enjoy your surroundings. Saw Creek Estates features a private ski area, giving winter guests another opportunity to get outside and enjoy the season. Afterward, return to The Bothy, warm up, and settle into a relaxed evening at home.

Some of the best vacation memories happen after the day's activities are over. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy dinner outside, then gather around the wood-burning fire pit as the evening gets cooler. The first level features a bedroom with two full beds in a bunk-bed setup, making it an especially fun space for kids, along with a second bedroom featuring a queen bed. Upstairs, the third bedroom offers a king bed and closet. The living room sofa and basement couch with TV provide additional spaces to relax when you want to spread out.

The Bothy also includes the practical comforts that make a vacation easier. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, use the desk if you need a dedicated workspace, and enjoy central air, radiant heating throughout the home, and ceiling fans. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays or after a day of outdoor activities.
