*WILDLIFE - Do not leave any trash outside! Bears, raccoons, coyotes, etc. live in the area and will get into the trash if left outside.
*TRASH - Place all trash in bags and tie tightly. The community has a compactor site that is available for your use. Take all trash bags to the compactor throughout your stay and upon departure. See guidebook for more information.
*DISHES - Please wash the dishes, or fill and turn on the dishwasher prior to check-out.

*If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.

*Please respect the local habitat. Practice 'leave no trace' and 'pack it in, pack it out.'

had a sweet gathering with soul family here , some things were beautifully curated and other things fell a little short ~~ there were mouse droppings we had to clean up

We definitely enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. The only downfall is we had to buy knifes at Walmart to use because the knifes in the house were very dull, but other then that we definitely enjoyed our stay

This place was beautiful and had lots of room for a large party. The host was quick with the responses and accommodated us on a very short notice with clear instructions:) We had a great time in the hot tub and the family room :) It was a small celebration for my son's 10th birthday and he had a blast.

Great house with plenty of amenities in a semi-remote location.

My group had a great time staying here. The place was large and spacious, the hot tub was really nice to relax in, and overall the place was very peaceful. Would recommend, thanks again!

We enjoy our stay. The house was nice and spacious. I just wish we didn’t had to wait a whole day for the hot tub to warm up . Besides that we enjoy everything else, we look forward on coming back for the summer

Place was very beautiful! Instructions were very clear which made the check in and check out process super simple. Loved this place! Would definitely recommend to friends!

The pictures on this property are very forgiving. The property is in serious need of maintenance - marks on walls, questionable carpet on stairs, questionable kitchen utensils. The ping pong table - which the child we were with was looking forward to using - was inoperable. The pillows were hard as rocks. 
It is not a horrible property but is clearly used for large party like environments - so if that is what you are looking for then this is the property for you. 

I will say the back living room was very nice and is where we primarily stayed. 

Generally clean but needs much touching up and attention to detail.

Our stay at this Airbnb was outstanding. Located in a beautiful and quiet area, the spacious house was perfect for two families with kids, offering large space and all the conveniences we needed. It was beautifully maintained and provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

A tip for winter visitors: bring some firewood to make your first day even cozier. Highly recommend this property for families looking for comfort and space. It made our holiday memorable.

The property was easy to enter with the instructions given.  The place was clean and orderly.  We did find a broken chair, but reported it.  We met the cleaning lady and she was very friendly and we did mention a few issues and she said she would take care of it. All in all it was a great getaway!

We had a great stay, really enjoyed the home. It’s so spacious and peaceful in the area. Great views, nice to even walk around. The thermostat can be a little confusing to use, we found used butter in some of the pots. That was truly my only complaint if there is any. Aside from this minor complaint, we had a spectacular time. The images are accurate.

Had a wonderful time we are already makes plans to go back soon.

The place is extremely cozy and feels like home. The hosts were super responsive and made us feel so welcomed! The host was even kind enough to let us check out an hour later. My only recommendation is that some of the kitchen items could be replaced and some backyard lights where the fire pit is would have been so helpful for those late nights! Otherwise, we stayed in for 2 days and felt right at home. Thank you for opening your home to us!

We will definitely be booking here again. Perfect setting for a relaxing get away with plenty of room for multiple people to come together while also having separate space when needed.

Our weekend getaway was great.  The house was clean, spacious, and plenty of things to do inside the house (ping pong, board games, etc.) We loved how peaceful it was outside. Would definitely come back again.

This property was deceiving in just how spacious it is!  There is plenty of room to spread out for your entire group.  The house was very clean and well equipped!  Our only minor issues were that the filter on the hot tub needs to be changed as it constantly kept shutting off the hot tub and we needed to remove the breaker and put it back in every time it happened.  A bonus on this property is how cool temperature wise the house stays.  We never touched the screen setting and the house was always very comfortable.  Not sure if it was the house design or the tree cover but I loved this about this property.  The management company responded to us within a few minutes every time.  The house lock was not set when we arrived so we were able to just walk in.  My guess is the cleaning service did not set it properly but we were able to set it and had no issues the entire stay.  The fire pit area outside was very nice and there was plenty of firewood.  Overall I would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this house. Was very spacious, plenty of space for the family to spread out and enjoy. Backyard was beautiful was very nice to be surrounded by trees. We were able to go to the lake nearby and enjoy the quiet. Overall house was well kept and nicely furnished.

The house was beautiful 😍, my family enjoyed this house. The ping pong table was used for the three days we stayed and we created many memories. The house was spacious and very clean. The only thing I have to say was the hot tub isn't working properly, doesn't get hot enough and the buttons don't work. Despite this we had amazing time ! Definitely recommend this house to any family looking for things to do and a great house in the poconos.

Beautiful and cozy house tucked away in a private neighborhood. Everything was fantastic, it felt like home for the short time we were there.

It was the perfect stay and only have amazing things to say about this place !The house was so spacious it felt like it was never ending .Every room was so comfortable and well decorated . Love the amenities and enjoy the ping pong room so much fun. The house was so clean and they provided essentials which was so helpful like towels, dishes, seasoning etc.  The hot tub was well maintain and enjoyed s’mores around the fire pit . This neighborhood felt so safe and so quite !The 2 lakes were such a major plus and such a beautiful scenery .A little helpful tip there is wild life like bears and deer’s but as long as you don’t leave any food out your good . We did enjoy looking out on the balcony at night to spot the wildlife .This place made my family vacation so much fun and wanders home was so helpful in answering any questions I had . Looking forward to booking this place again in the near future as my family and I fell in love with this place !

The house was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. The pictures don't do it justice. We had a wonderful time and we'll definitely come back again.

Very spacious house with a nice backyard with a grill and firepit. The game room with ping pong table and board games was a nice touch. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. 
You charge $200 for the cleaning fee. The pillow cases and blanket smelled like someone slept there in the 2nd floor small bedroom.  Clean and washed bedding should be provided each and every time prior to a guests arrival.

Our stay was peaceful and private. Home was fully stocked and full of amenities. Lots of space for family and to even keep the kids busy. Lake very close by and even a forest to hike. Very nice stay in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. Just were professional and responsive.

This place was amazing! Easy and clear instructions to check in and check out. Very clean. Communicative host. Amenities were great and had lots of space for my group of 8. Would definitely stay here again!

The home was great in so many ways. It was clean and peaceful. We appreciated the quick response as this was a very last minute trip. The kitchen had everything we needed to prep meals. The bedrooms were clean and spacious. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. This home had so many rooms for us to enjoy and make it feel like home for the weekend. We loved being outside and enjoyed the great landscaping. The first night we were able to enjoy the fire ring and appreciated having wood available to burn. The other 2 evenings were raining and that is where we used the enclosed porch and made us all realize we wanted one of those in our home. We did go out on the upper deck once, but there was a soft spot in the decking that made it feel a little unsafe. We would highly recommend this home and enjoyed the use of it for the weekend!
