Go Wander

Pull a chair up to the fire pit as the sky fades behind the trees — s'mores in hand, this is where the whole trip finally slows down.
Drop a quarter in and relive the 90s with your crew — NBA Jam and Street Fighter waiting, your seat already picked.
Sink into the bubbles after a day on the mountain — the trees are all you'll see, and the only sound is water.
Kick your boots off by the fire and stretch out on the sectional — this is where your whole group ends up after dinner.
Steam off your day outside in the sauna — you'll fit the whole crew in shifts, and nobody wants to leave first.
Get a preview of everything waiting for you here — your hot tub, your arcade, your fire pit, all in one welcome.
Pull up the drive and this is the first thing you'll see — tucked into the trees, ready for the whole group to unload.
Arrive after dark and you'll find the lights already on for you — the whole house glowing through the trees.

This spacious five-bedroom retreat has been designed with every guest in mind, offering a balance of comfort, fun, and relaxation. With multiple game rooms, a private sauna, and a hot tub for seven, it’s the kind of place where memories are made and shared.

The moment you step inside, you’ll feel at home. Sunlight pours through the windows, brightening the living spaces and creating a cheerful, welcoming atmosphere. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, whether you’re cooking a big family dinner or simply brewing your morning coffee. Gather around the dining tables to share food and laughter, then settle into the living room where every bedroom and lounge area is equipped with smart TVs, perfect for movie nights and streaming your favorite shows. High-speed Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace also make this house as convenient as it is comfortable.

The outdoor spaces invite you to slow down and savor your time in the Poconos. Start the day with breakfast on the deck, spend the afternoon reading in the hammock, and end the evening with dinner from the Char-Broil gas grill. The backyard offers plenty of space to play, complete with cornhole and horseshoes, while the wood-burning fire pit becomes the perfect gathering spot at night. With the glow of café string lights above and the star-filled mountain sky, every evening feels a little magical.

When it comes to fun, The Lookout has something for everyone. Head to the basement and you’ll discover a 90s-inspired arcade with classics like NBA Jam and Street Fighter II, along with a Nintendo 64 loaded with favorites like Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros. Challenge your friends to a game of pool, foosball, or shuffleboard, or try your hand at air hockey, Pop-A-Shot basketball, and giant Connect4. The poker room brings Las Vegas-style excitement with cards, chips, roulette, and craps. With an extra fridge nearby and plenty of seating, it’s the ultimate hangout space.

Families with little ones will especially love the thoughtful touches throughout the home. Kids can spend hours in their very own ball pit, art cave, or mini kitchen. Children’s books, games, and a playful rope swing outside make it easy to keep them entertained. Parents will appreciate the convenience of baby gear, including folding cribs with mattresses, a pack ’n play, high chairs, and a stair gate, so everyone can travel with ease.

When the day winds down, The Lookout provides cozy spaces for up to 14 guests. This is The Lookout — Lake Harmony's ultimate group escape, where every generation gets a space built just for them. Two game rooms, a sauna, a kids' art cave, a fire pit for s'mores night. Come for the games. Stay for the stories you'll tell all year.
Hosted by Wander Home - see "Other Things To Note" in the description below.
Tucked into the trees minutes from Split Rock Resort, The Lookout is a 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat built for groups who don't want to choose between relaxing and having fun.
The great room anchors the main level — vaulted ceiling, stone fireplace, deep blue sectionals made for movie night. Fast Wi-Fi and Amazon Fire TVs (Netflix and Disney+ loaded) are in every room. The kitchen is stocked to actually cook for a crowd: GE oven and stove, dishwasher, two full-size fridges (one in the basement for overflow drinks), Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press, blender, and real cooking basics. The Char-Broil 5-burner grill and deck seating handle the rest outside.
Downstairs is where The Lookout earns its reputation. A purple-walled 90s arcade room has NBA Jam and Street Fighter II next to a Nintendo 64 loaded with Mario Kart and Smash Bros. A second game room covers pool, foosball, shuffleboard, air hockey, Pop-A-Shot, Giant Connect4, and a poker setup with chips and roulette.
Outside, the private 7-person hot tub and indoor sauna are ready after a day on the slopes or lake. At night, the wood-burning fire pit comes alive (firewood included), and the hammock and rope swing keep kids busy while adults talk by the flames.
Sleeping is dialed in for every group configuration: the primary bedroom and bedroom two each have a king, bedroom three has a double bunk with trundle, bedroom four has a queen, and bedroom five pairs a queen with a single bunk. The living area sofa bed covers overflow, sleeping up to 14 total. Room-darkening shades and hair dryers are in every bathroom.
Kids get their own art cave — chalkboard wall, art table, mini kitchen, and a reading nook. Cribs, a Pack 'n Play, high chairs, a stair gate, and kids' dinnerware are here. A stationary bike, pull-up bar, and yoga mat round out the fitness corner, and a
dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi means a few work hours fit in too.
LOCATION & WHAT'S NEARBY
The Lookout sits in Lake Harmony, deep in the Pocono Mountains, with Split Rock Resort minutes away — its H2O Indoor Waterpark, bowling alley, Redemption Arcade, and seven on-site bars and restaurants are all pay-as-you-go once there.
Winter guests are close to the slopes: Big Boulder Ski Area is about a 10-minute drive, and Jack Frost Mountain is roughly 15 minutes. Camelback Mountain Resort and Camelbeach Water Park (seasonal) are about 25 minutes south in Tannersville. Pocono Raceway is roughly 20 minutes in Long Pond, and Kalahari Resorts' indoor waterpark in Pocono Manor is about 30 minutes for a second water day.
Lake Harmony itself and the surrounding trails are a short drive — past guests praised the "plenty of walkable hiking and sights to see" near the house. Lake Harmony Market and The Hub cover quick grocery runs; Ahart's Market and Dollar General are a bit further. Drive times are approximate and can run longer during ski-season and summer weekends.
